Ford Focus Heating

Hi all. I have a 2005 Focus Ghia. The heating works fine except when you turn a corner you get a terrible cold breeze come through the small compartment below the heated window buttons (where the power outlet is housed). I assume that a seal of some sort is missing, has anybody else come across this?
