where can i start parking my car by a dropped kerb?
is it from where the slope starts or from the end? Got a jobs worth next door and he comes out if my car is 1/2inch over. Has he not got anything better to do that look out of the wndow waiting for me to come home and park.

As far as I know, there is no 'exact' requirement, but you should park so as not to cause an obstruction.
no definate spot as far as I am aware, as long as you do not obstruct the drive-way or obstruct access.
The dropped kerb has no significance in law. It is an offence to park so as to obstruct someone's lawful journey. If he was driving off his driveway, and you prevented him then there would be a potential case of obstruction. Otherwise there is no offence.
just remember that he may be being like that because he doesnt want a situation where he has to squeeze out and unfortunately damage your car.
