Loosehead
Do you remember this Q?
http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Law/Question317 846.html
He has come into work this morning, having had a couple of weeks off on leave, and has told us he was nicked on 22nd December and failed the breath test.
He has a meeting with the MD later this afternoon.

I stick by what I said though it is his business but you are clearly correct in that he was driving over the limit. It's good that one less drunk is on the road anyway. Do you think his job is also at risk? Is a licence needed? If so then he's a bgger fool than it first appeared! Thanks for the update.
JudgeJ - I don't know.
Loosehead - he doesn't particularly need his car for work so I think he'll be OK on that front, but he has a 100 mile round trip commute without a direct rail link - it would involve getting a train into London, getting a tube, bus or taxi to another station and then getting another train out! Right pain in the arse.
Still, not my problem.

flip-flop,
my brother in law was kiled in france by a d.d .
he was on the pavement when this bastar* hit him! this devastated my mother in law, who never got over it. obviously the rest of the familly suffered badly as well.
feel no guilt in grassing this bastar* up 'cos he doesn't give a rats *hit about anyone else.
if i see anyone drink driving i will grass them up and on one occasion pulled one over, he was so p*ssed he had bounced off two walls in an underpass and was still trying to drive. what would have happened if he had got into a built up area i dread to think. he was three times over the limit and had been banned twice previously. (he got a custodial as the plod let me know later )
