I am actually; had to get an answer to settle an argument(men always think they're right, and this has proved them wrong!!!)

Good grief !!

ALL men are obviously wrong not just the one in this argument !

I hope the "Man" is not a driver too - it's amazing how you can pass your test without knowing anything !

Well, The red circled sign is MANdatory, "GEDDIT".
And the red triangle Is Advisory.
