wheel wobble

have a seat alhambra. big miles (160,000) been no trouble, but has developed a wheel wobble feeling although I switched the front wheels around. also feels like you are running on a flat tyre( vibration and noisy). any ideas? ( has just gone through m.o.t. and they replaced the front strut bump stops)

A couple of suggestions.

Get the wheels balance at a tyre depot.
Do you have a steering damper? If so, replace it and see if that helps.

While you are at the tyre depot get them to check for bulges in the tyres/tread.
