Vauxhall Corsa Problem!

i took my corsa into a local garage when i picked it back up i noticed the emission light permantly on (no flashing)

also sometimes after changing gear the car will splutter and judder as you start to put your foot down

can anybody help please!!!

problems sorted now the local garage put the part on wrong thanks anyway bud
