On July 4th Last year (2006) I was catch by a Speed camera doing over 30mph in a 30mph area. I sent back the form to say that I was the driver, but for various reasons, I elected not to take the instant hit (60 and 3 Penalty Points). I was informed that I would hear from the Procurator Fiscal (I'm in Scotland) but now, over six months later I still haven't heard anything. Is ther a limit before they must summons me ?

keep quiet and if they do get back to you ask the CAB or what ever you have in Scotland.
