immobiliser

I cannot activate the immobiliser to start my car any way around this

Which car (make/model)??

The car is Renault Clio 1.4 5 dr automatic "R" reg. When trying to start, it turns over but red light on door lock control still blinking when it should be constant when immobiliser deactivated. Do not know how to get around this as needs to be moved from its position urgently. Hoping you can throw some light and possible solutions. Many thanks.
