Honda CRV off road

I am looking at buying a Honda CRV 55 plate 2.2 engine.
Does anyone know how these are off road?

Also anyone know of any off road driving areas in the south? Use of own car and rented?

A Honda CRV is not a suitable off road vehicle. It is mainly front wheel drive, the rear wheels only being driven when the front ones loose traction. I find it a good vehicle to own and drive, I did not buy it as an off road vehicle and was warned in the handbook not to treat it as such.
