Blue headlight bulbs

Can these bulbs that shine blue/white be fitted to any car? and also are they all the same quality or does anybody who has bought these find some are better quality than others?

The proper headligts that shine blue/white are of gas discharge technology - there are imitation bulbs available on the market that give a resemblance to them - generally more expensive than ordinary halogen lamps.
