iam 19 and have been looking in to the price of car insurance. which site is cheapest for new drivers as i have just passed my test. i have tried money supermarket.com but the quotes where unreal �900 for a 1 ltr micra my friend is 17 and has a 1.5 saxo and only pays �900!!
