hi. if u submit licence and counterpart to the magistrate court by post, how many days it will take the court to post it back to me? do court will send it to DVLA, and DVLA to my address? Does court will hear it on the stated date or upon receipt? What is the whole process involved upon pleading guilty by post?enlightenment pls.tnx

i recently pleaded guilty by post and had my licence back within a week with a hand writen wopping six points on it plead not guilty and you may get away with life it does not go to dvla but the record of your infringment does

If you plead not guilty you will be required to attend a pre-trial hearing then a trial. If found guilty you will most probably be hit with a higher tariff fine plus cost that could amount to several hundred pounds.
Yes Magistrates do hear in open court guilty pleas by post. You could sit in the public area and hear your case read out and their decision what your fine,costs and points will be.

one more thing, if u have minimum endorsement on your provisional licence, and u will take a first practical driving test, does it have an effect to your application in the DSA? Do they will let u have a test or not? what if u have a 6 points, what most likely will happen?

You have 6 points on your provisional license? I should hope that they will take your license away from you and tear it up. Then, with any luck, they will put your name on a big list of people never to give driving licenses to again.
