Can I refuse an offer that my insurance compancy has given me for my car?

My car was recently involved in an accident and the third party has admitted liability. The engineer has been around and deemed the car to be "Beyond economical Repair". They made me an offer that i'm not happy with, can i refuse this offer and ask for a second offer or do i have to take what they give me???
