It's a amazing there's this thing called the brake pedal - it stops you getting points for speeding - the last I looked there was one in every car ! Maybe a ban is what you need - a reality check !
hopefully you will get banned for life because it sounds like you deserve it. Just be thankful you haven't killed an innocent person with your idiotic driving
to answer your question, you will receive 3 pts and a heavy fine,as it has to be dealt with at a magistrates court,as you have 9 pts, this extra 3 pts will take you to 12 pts, which is a ban,but you can argue your case as to not being banned, but i doubt you will suceed as 90 in a 60 is a lot,so you will be banned for 6 months.as for the other answers,i agree with them all.the time limit i believe,is a year by the way.
Section 127 of The Magistrates Courts Act 1980 states that a summons must be issued within 6 months.
Even if you'd got no points on your licence, your speeding offence would be a 'borderline disqualification' case. Magistrates' guidelines suggest that 90mph in a 60mph zone would normally attract around 5 penalty points but no disqualification. However, 91mph in a 60mph zone has a recommended penalty of 6 points plus disqualification: http://www.pepipoo.com/Magistrates_guidelines. htm
So the total number of points on your licence will probably be around 14; a ban seems inevitable.
My guess would be a 300 fine, plus 5 points, resulting in a ban of around 3 months.
My friend has just got 6 points in his first of year driving, he should have been banned but the courts have taken 9 months so far. If you know its coming ,which it blatantly is (+12) prepare now, no car for a year is a bigger deal than most people expect
Plead mitigating circumstances, just make up something about losing your job and your home and not being able to take your child to school, also look very sorry and slightly frightened ... When I had 9 points and got caught at 90 on the M40 It worked for me :)
