hi
went to change my plugs but could only manage to change 3 of them. one is so tight that i didnt want to force it in case i broke it or damaged the threads .anyone any ideas on how to remove without any damage being done.

Have you tried it with the engine warmed up?
yes,try it with the engine warmed up and spray a little wd40 round it.
you are quite right to be concerned about it breaking off. Due to the constuction of plugs there is a weak point at the top of the thread and it does happen. No lubricant will get past the seal so dont bother. We have been advised that a hot engine and a blast of a freezing agent like plumbers use on the plug concerned might just do it, good luck

thanks for all your advice on this. i wii ltry with engine hot see how it goes.try and get some freezing agent from plumber at work if hot engine.on its own is not successfull
Wurth make a freeze spray for the automotive trade, we use it all the time.
