went to change my plugs but could only manage to change 3 of them. one is so tight that i didnt want to force it in case i broke it or damaged the threads .anyone any ideas on how to remove without any damage being done.

Due to the constuction of plugs there is a weak point at the top of the thread and it does happen. No lubricant will get past the seal so dont bother. We have been advised that a hot engine and a blast of a freezing agent like plumbers use on the plug concerned might just do it, good luck
