does anyone know how to get a cigarete lighter working in a 1997 peugeot 306 and a 1997 ford mondeo?

I have a W teg peorgeot 306 and mine works just by pushing it in, but the fuse may have gone in yours.

do you know where the fuse is located?

the fuse box is below the steering column on the drivrs side of the fascia it contains either 13,23 or 30 fuse3s depending on the make anmd model specs and to access the fuses, turn the securing clip thru a quarter turn then pull the fusebox cover from the fascia
it also says the cigartte lighter mechanism is accessed behind the ashtray

fuse F20 is for the cigarette lighter and is a 20 amp fuse

sorry fuse F16 and a 20amp is for the cig lighter.
