At best this is sadly deluded more likely it's a scam.

It's been going for years.

You get energy from burning hydrogen in oxygen to get water. Airships- Hindenburg- big explosion - you remember

You can't get energy going the other way - it would be a bit of an issue for the fire brigade!

It won't work in the UK any more than in the US or Australia - Sorry

As far as I know this is theoretically possible, and bods have been working on it for years. Dont think this ad is for real though.
