my 4x4 smoking

does anyone no what this might be ive had my injectors done and the egr valve bloked off but is still smokey on puilloff up to about 45mph and then seems ok
and when i stop at lights it starts again but it only seems to do it when its warm and it dos,nt over heat eiver the car is a 2.7 td m reg nissan i would aprieciate as many ideas as possible as i am losing it? many thanks

My 1999 Tranny van does this and ive been told it's the valve stem seals that are going so the oil on tick over is going by the seals and being burnt hence the blue smoke....
