I have purchased a used 2004 ford mondeo and I know that this particular model was subject to a couple of recalls for manufacture defects . My question is can I check if my mondeo has had these recalls looked at on a particular website or does it have to go into a main dealer to be done .
Thankyou in advance . Chris .

im sure if you call a ford dealer and give them your registration number they will be able to tell you if any have beencarried out or if any are due. you probably can find a website to check what recalls have been issued for your car but maybe not to see if your particular car has had them carried out. im sure vosa's computerised mot system also makes it aware during mot time if there is a recall due on a particular car.

Clivk the above link and as david says call your Ford dealer.
