Windscreen washers

Hi i have a problem with my windscreen washers on my escourt w reg. they only squirt on low presure or not at all. when i first start the car they will squirt full presure for about 3-5 pumps then i have to wait again for few mins to get them going again, but they only come out at low presure or not at all. I dont think they are blocked! the motors going when i press them, i wonded if they needed bleeding or somat like that. Please help this is driving me mad thanks in advance . Cheers Rch...

Hello pull the pipe off the motor and check the pressure and then you can see if the motor is okay . Then pull the pipes off the jets and blow from the pump end . If all is well then the jets are blocked

Also you can use a pin to clean out the hole that the water comes from. Sometimes they get clogged up with dirt and grit!!
