Scratches on front Bumper.

Can anyone tell me please how I get scratches that have gone down to the metal off my car,I went to Halfords and got some cream by T-Cut but it didn't do a thing.Someone where I parked my car near to a Tescos store put there trolley near to my car and scratched it,no note or anything on my car charming.Halfords have quoted �155 but I think thats a bit steep.

Check out these guys they will come to your door and paint only the part that needs to be done at a reasonable rate. I have used them a couple of times and found them good.
