road tax reforms 2009
Can anyone advise whether the 2009 road tax changes fo cars with CO2 emissions of 226 or over announced in the budget apply to all cars or just those registered after 23 March 2006. The previous changes gave a special rate "F" to cars registered before 23 March 2006.
