Discovery headlights

Hi.
My Dad has a Discovery TD5 registered May 02.
Could anyone tell me if the newer shaped headlights could be fitted onto his Jeep and if so, is there anything on the web showing how it is done.
He thinks he has seen it done and would like to try to do it himself, if it is possible.

Hi.
It is a Landrover Discovery TD5.
We wanted to know if a later model Discovery's headlights would or could be fitted to his 02 model.
