Wishbone and shock absorber for Ford Focus

Hi, I have a Ford Focus which has been making a strange creaking noise for a few weeks. I took it the garage today and their verdict was it needs a shock absorber a wish bone and something else (think a bracket) any ideas on the price that will hit me tomorrow at the garage?

i feel i need to add, just incase anyone in same situation thinks will be cheap? i didnt get new shock, i got top strut mount and wishbone.
