How do i find the code for a ford radio model 3000 preferably without paying

The code is embedded in the PIC chip, this chip is the programable intergrated chip.

I lost the code on my Ford radio when I changed the battery.

I couldn't find the code anywhere on the radio or in the sevice book etc.

So I rang the previous keeper on the log book and asked him, I was amazed as he remembered it.

Anythings worth a try mate, you never know.
