how to remove steering wheel on a fiat bravo T reg

hi i have just bought a fiat bravo T reg 100sx model and there is a problem with the indicators. they only work when they feel like it? i need help on how to remove the steering wheel with its airbag intact to get to the steering colum. the rest of the lights work fine but the hazards wont work either. do i need replace the whole unit or could it just be the flasher relay?
this is my first fiat and dont have a manual so im finding it a bit hard to solve this please help
