Thanks, but it's none of these. It's an 'unofficial' one, but has the disclaimers about incorrect usage. The problem is that we are a small finance company, therefore we have a legitimate interest in all of the vehicles we finance (because we own them) but in most cases we don't have the V5, as it is registered to our customer (so we don't get all of the speding tickets, parking fines etc). If we reach repossession stage, we need to know whether they are MOT'd prior to repossession, but obviously the relationship with the customer has already broken down so we can't simply ask them.
