with radio tunred on.
hold the menu button down until screen changes. then press menu repeatedly until the time/date comes up. Then use the dial and the < and> buttons to alter it.

Pretty good but on the focus I have you hold down the clock button not the menu button. Many thanks all the same.

mines a cmax with the 6000 cd so i thought it might be same, sorry

With the ignition on, press 'clock'. Use the left and right arrow buttons at the bottom. Press the right arrow to select the clock (i think it flashes). Turn the volume knob to change the clock. When finished press 'clock' again.
