with a clean licence for 40 years i was recently caught doing 38 in a 30 just before a 40 sign. what punishment can i expect. ?

i would imagine 3 penalty point and a 60 pound fine

you may get the option to take a drivers awareness course, no points but costs more than the fine..

3points is the minimum garanteed penalty and �60 fine also.i got the same penalty
