Best place to buy a nearly-new VW Polo please, Surrey / South London area ? Are dealers taking offers ?? Brand new would be (a) too expensive; (b) paying VAT , delivery, charges etc (c) lose money on it straight away. Therefore nearly new would be great. What price would I be paying ??
