Can you hear the pump at work under the bonnet? If you can check you have water in the Windscreen bottle If that's OK then use a needle & insert into the rear windscreen jet this in-turn should clean a blockage. if that does not work check your carpets in the boot!! are they wet, if so, you have a pipe either split or come off the rear of the jet.
