Handbrake seized
Hi All
I have a Fiat Seicento (1999) so it isn't in great working order but last night it decided not to move off my sloped drive. I had the handbrake down but the car just wouldn't budge and the nearside wheel wouldnt turn either. Is this a handbrake problem or something worse? Any help would be much appreciated
