Hi

I just purchased this new satnav thinking it was a bargain but I cannot get it to connect to my laptop or upgrade the software, and the CD which came with it only has manuals not software or drivers. The navman site is useless unless you have the latest or dearest satnavs. There is no help for this model and a search does not help either.

thanks for taking time to reply but tried that and none of my computers (4) will recognise this satnav even exists so its going back to shop tomorrow
