put the radio in a freezer for 24 hours then when thawed out enter any code you want

the only way of getting a code is to contact the maker of the radio and proof of purchase

get the radio fitted and wired up in your car then go to halfords and ask them to check your battery , not sure if they charge for this, then when you start the car tell them the radio worked before they checked the battery
