I like the look of the Lamborghini Gallardo, but I'm quite happy with what I've got.
Question Author
what do you have..?
any car that works and is reliable; gets me from A to B. A car that is not worth stealing and will stay where I park it. One that I can maintain within reason and is happily washed by the rain. A good CD sound system is all important & internal heater, seats & comfort. For me its my Xtype (the X is best - I like XXX's).
Question Author
oh ok, you like XXX's...
anyway yeah jags a decent car, i have a hyundai, korean plastic :<
Not going into detail, but I have an XJV8XJR - 3 years old. Love it - but you know something, I still miss the first one I ever had - a battered old Mini. She was reliable, despite a few body probs, and I think you always remember your first car with a degree of pride.
Question Author
Thats ok
first car was a renault clio the lil f@@ker kept cutting out so it wasnt a great
same as mine icey....a newer model for you. Hope you belt out Queen when cruising along at V24....wow with max bass.
Awww - mine did - when I stalled! : )
Question Author
do you mind me asking, have you been driving for some time now? you sound um how can i put this without sounding like a pratt again, well to do...?
I do have a bus pass as well.....very handy when I fly into H'row. Am comfy with a generous OH
Oops! Lost my reply then!
Laughed at tamb saying that! No, these days, I mainly play Nightwish albums, with a bit of old Floyd thrown in. I had all their cds bought for me last Christmas, and I still don't know half of the lyrics, so I stick to Dark Passion Play, and drive everyone nuts!!!!
I don't know who that question was to, Wolfman, but I'm 30 now. Passed my driving test when I was in my teens and the only accident I've ever had was when I reversed into one of our gate posts - but I misjudged, because of a bloody bush being in the way. : (
Icey...you can't drive 'head-banging' belting out.....poor kids will go deaf!
Question Author
oh ok im 26yrs of age, 30 - oh ok cool you sounded maturer ( in a nice way )
nightwish = good
personally prefere the heavier stuff if were talking about Metal
rocks good but then so is alot of music
I shun away pop and urban stuff - no time for men in pink singing about not being able to breath without any air.:-s
Question Author
i never understood headbanging without long hair, hmm surely thats gonna cause some chronic neck issues...oh year another fav car is hyundai coupe lol
this was the best car of all.....nissan station wagon. My son, 4 musicians, guitars, drum kit & keyboards touring gigs fitted in here.....and it slept us all. Fab car, stolen by unscrupulous dealer.

Grin at you both. I was brought up on rock - my mum gave me all her old vinyl when she had a clear out, and I love the old stuff - AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Nickleback, Metallica, Floyd - and Nightwish!! Alice Cooper rates them as well, so they can't be TOO bad. Well they're not - they're excellent! : )
The children have acute hearing, but maybe for not much longer. My eldest son already has a rock band, and he's not 12 yet. He's gifted at music, but maybe because he started having lessons from 3 years of age. The rest just comes naturally.
I'll take the "maturity" as a compliment WM, because I can also be very simple, according to my husband!

Thats good I wasnt raised on anything alternative my sister listened to hipty hop, mum didnt even like music just fancied bryan adams, dont know about the old man i had to convert myself gosh it took some time

dont you guys agree people are such sheeps ooooo is xfactor on tonight!!??? just kidding
Stacy wots-er-name is fabby......great personality too, so natural and gorgeous voice.
I was always encouraged to have my own opinions, and my parents were - and are - very supportive. My musical tastes are all my own, and vary from classical to rock with odds and sods thrown in if I particularly like something. Same goes for clothes or whatever - I like what I like, wear what I like, and so long as I'm happy with that, it's really nobody else's business is it! I'm too busy to sit watching soaps but it's individual choice - and I DO like X Factor now and again, although it's rare that I watch much TV at all. : )
