if you disqualified from driving for "totting up" and there is still one driving charge pending what happens to this? does it just get dropped or do the points go onto your new licence when you get it?

If it's a completely separate offence then the points will be added. If it is all part of the same batch then no.

for example if you get 3 points for speeding and 3 points for due care at the same time then and the first 3 send you over then the second 3 will be wiped 2. But if you get 3 for speeding on monday and 2 for speeding on tuesday and the 1st 3 send you over but you don't make it to court until Friday then the ones you got on tuesday will get added after the totting up zeroinsation.
