I swiched on the wipers this morning, the front ones did not move the rear one swept once and then stopped, I checked the fuses in the box next to the battery they were ok, is there another box somewhere else? help please

its actually a pajero

Depending on age and or fuel type.check for small cover around the bonnet opener,on the ignition side of steering wheel.If look further behind the bonnet handle.
if this fails look similar area in front passenger foot well.

If your screen was frozen, that in-turn will freeze the wiper rubbers to the glass, Blown Fuse.

think it is the fuse but where is the fusebox?

Drivers Side above & below the Steering Column. for the future in this weather, add some vinegar to your wiper rubbers.
