my windscreen freezes in the inside?!? HELP!!!!

My car isnt that old and is a luxury 2001 reg.. some mornings its that cold the inside of my windscreen freezes and its like a flakey disco tryna sort it in the morning..

do i need new seals?? how do i get rid of the condensation or rid of any thing that causes this? any ideas?

It called winter motoring.
If your car was garaged it would not happen.
If the air con was on it would not happen but aircons do not work under freezing conditions as the compressor would freeze seize up.
Just warm up the car a bit before driving off.

You must have condensation in your car due to damp, try some of the dehumidity packages you can usually buy from tescos etc.

Nothing unusual. Mine freezes inside too. mainly after getting in. It's water vapour in the breath. Just give the windscreen a squirt of de-icer spray and then a wipe.

Try putting an old towel or blanket across the dashboard, covering the air vents, when you park up.

Running your heater on internal circulation is bad for causing condensation as the air gets wetter and wetter. When I was finished a journey I used to set it to use outside air, open a rear window a little and blow out most of the wet air before switching off. This helped a little.

tips on the tv says put a hot water bottle on the dash board ? worth a try

Snow on your boots, rain etc all leads to damp and condensation, I just start the car 10mins before I travel with the heater on flat out, by the time i am ready to go the windows are clesr
