my husband has been accused of driving without due care and attention, a car tried to come up along side him and says that he wiggled and caught her wing, he was driving a lorry at the time, the damage did not match with any part of the lorry

his insurers will go and look at the other drivers car i assume, and they will be expert enough to tell if the lorry actuallt impacted at any point with the car. i expect his livelyhood depends on a clean license, who has accused him? The traffic police?
has he had a summons to court at all yet?
Who has accused him ? The police ? The other driver ? A man on a bike ?
