Valve clearances

Hi there, hope one of you bright sparks out there can help me. I can't find the Haines manual to go with my car and we need to know the valve clearances, cam timing and cylinder head bolt torque for my car - it is a Peugeot 1.4 L reg. Otherwise its a trip to Halfords to buy another manual which I know I have already got somewhere. Sorry if I have got the technical bits incorrect - having a blonde moment!!

What model Peugeot?  205?

Doh!!  Sorry  - its a 306 1.4 XL (burgundy - if that helps!!)
