get st---ed
Charming!
Know what you mean Delph, going for the MOT is worse than going to the dentist!!

it is in my book as well ,i may now sell it and buy a mgb roadster they have a tad bigger engine
I've had a '64 B roadster for 13 years now

Ups and downs - still love it though - buy a good one - buy an early one
What exactly is the question?
Not so much a question but a miracle statement! After owning my MGB since 1986 it is virtually written in law that MGs must ALWAYS fail an MOT or have a long list of advisories! It is a miracle delphfolk. I will go and tell my MG what I expect of it next time.

er no its been rebuilt to a very high standard so if it failed after all this time id be a little peed off
delphfolk - I forgot to add - make sure you get one with an overdrive

Been out in mine today - bliss!
Question Author
hi jake any good advice as to were badpoints are to look for thanks in advance
Buy chrome version, not rubber. Check sills, feet panel and boot flooring for rust. And as jake-the-peg says get overdrive and make sure it kicks in!
