billed up of pressure
when i start my 1.5 deisel i get a billed up of pressure in my water system why?

Or are you reading a pressure gauge on your facia? If a warning light comes on there is prolly a blockage most likely in the heating matrix cos som a**hole used a radiator "fix" fluid in the past.
Most new cars run a closed cooling system and they do run under pressure, start worrying when steam drifts up from the bonnet! You have a leak or worse....
it depends what you mean by pressure all car cooling systems run at pressure when warm this is to raise the boiling point of the coolant if the car is operating normally and not loosing coolant or overheating your probably fine check for abnormally high temperature readings and or excessive amounts of steam from exhaust if the latter is happening your head gasket is most likely blown note that on damp days you will get steam from a healthy car engine
