Hi Abers,

I desperately need a code for this radio. I've got 2 codes from free internet decoders (2026 & 3152) and niether work. Now I seem to have only 7 attempts left as I tried the 1st one twice!??

Serial No. GM1300 5434 6143
Part No. 7645852320

Many Thanks :-)

Sorry, I'm afraid giving out radio codes is against site policy.

Goto a manufacturers dealer for you car and they will supply you the code, you'll need to take proof of ownership for the vehicle.
I'm sure you've tried this already, as you have the serial and part numbers, but it's worth mentioning anyway... have you checked the unit thoroughly for a written code anywhere? It seems obvious, but I spent almost 10 years in the family motor trade and the number of times I managed to find radio codes written on the unit - either in marker pen, on a sticker of some sort, or even in UV-only pen (it's worth shining a UV light on the unit to see whether anything shows up) - you wouldn't believe.
If not, it is a case of taking it to a car audio decoder, I'm afraid.
don...do you know how to retrieve the code from a fully functional radio?
i havent disconnected it yet because i dont want to lose radio function, so its is working perfectly - but i cant see a way to view it.
is there some button or something i can do to reveal it while its still installed in the car?
cheers
No
Get it hardwire unlocked. They should give you a new code.
