The tyre would fit any wheel that has a 13inch tyre-rim diameter by 6 to 7 inch tyre rim width. With a 70% profile it's very likely that this tyre can be fitted to almost any small car, and most big, older cars.
As for the wheel, the critical dimensions are the pitch circle diameter of the stud holes and the offset, in order to narrow down which make of car they'll fit.
.... and the offset of the wheel!

That size tyre is typical of Mk4/5 Escort, Cavalier/Vectra, Sierra, etc
Nothing too big.
