What annoys you at filling stations...

The question below induced me to find out! I have several but one of he worst is people who don't go to the front pump, leaving me waiting behind them and an empty pump in front. Still at least revenge is instant, ie just drive round reverse back so I'm and inch from their bumper and with any luck while I'm doing it the guy who was behind me has moved to an inch within their back bumper, then go for coffee!...

People who fill up, go to pay and browse round the shop for 10 minutes....

People who use the tyre-inflating area as a carpark leaving muggins stacked behind them waiting to do his tyres.

It's the one in front who has a tiddling little car and buys a fiver's worth of fuel, then spends what seems like half an hour buying a week's groceries in the shop, leaving the rest of us trapped in a line waiting for him to move.

When he does deign to come back to his car, he spends another half an hour doing god knows what (plugging in his phone/telling off his kids/doing his make-up etc.) before firing up his engine and sodding off into oblivion.

People who use the entrance of the forecourt as an exit, so I end up nose to nose with them (and the @rse-end of my car stuck out in the busy road).

People who get in their car slowly, check their mirrors, slowly put on their seat belt, have a chat with the passenger, and very slowly start the engine and slolwly move forward - aaarrrggghh!

But on the plus side - everyone must hate me as I have a big car and am crap at judging where the pipe thing will reach so am REALLY choosey about which pump I use.

People who have a basket full of shopping as most garages are mini M&S's etc so the queue takes ages AND they havnt bought any fuel!!! Why don't they go to a supermarket like normal people. Stood behind someone today who must if been having a party as they had 2 baskets full of that type if food n they didn't even fill their car up!

also have you noticed that the more the stuff costs the harder it is to squeeze that last drop out to round it up to a tenner without going over.

people who wait and wait for a pump to become free just because its at the 'same side' where they fill up...instead of just taking the first free one....arrgggghhh
