hi, i have a 2004 audi a3 and recently the drivers wont go down on its own. apparently it needs re-syncing. how is this done?

next has head gasket blown again on rover 200??? help please!!

Should tell you in your hand book,I had same trouble with a rover 827 did has the hand book stated and it was ok
