not a problem as such, my sisters boyfriend is going to be setting it up so that i can unlock my car from my iphone, sounds silly i know but its something ive always wanted. so he needs wiring diags
the iphone only transmits bluetooth or wifi, so you would need to put a receiver in the drivers door, I suppose it depends how your cl/alarm is set up to receive the fob signal.

yeh, i think he has a plan already, not entirely sure how but he's confident he can do it but just asked me to get diags first :-( cant find em anywhere
You can use an UP/Down interface for remote locks or an interface if you use a remote car alarm. Most good alarm co's do them (like Moss/Gemini/Toad, etc)
You just need to check whether negative or positive trigger .. and three or 5-wire lock motor usually.
