Ford transit

I have an x plate transit which runs perfectly. The problem I have is the chip in the ignition key has been scrambled somehow. I have a spare key that works fine , but i want to know if I can de scramble my other key or do I need to get a new key cut and if I do get a new key how do I programme that one to the van???

You simply put the RED key in the ignition and then remove it and put the NEW key in, can't remember if you need the ignition on for this, but if you ask at your local ford dealer they will be able to tell you, and I think it's in the manual .
