rear dimister on corsa c not workng

i have a corsa c , although the light glows orange to show its switched on, it dosent clear the rear windscreen, the wires in the window dont appear to be broken, appreciate any advice

It's probably oxidisation on the connectors to the screen, need a clean or just take them off and on a few times, that should do it.

you need to check to see if there is a live at the screen, not 100% up on Vauxhalls but on some other makes its quite common for the wiring to fail where it goes from the body to the tailgate.

Have a look where the boot lid meets the landing panel, there may be three small squares of copper needing a clean with emert cloth and the buttons that meet them on the boot lid.
