escort handling

hi ive jsut noticed that my escort is handling very wierd. Ive had mechanics look at it and they said it was the wishbones. now ive had those replaced and the tracking redone but its still veering to the left and when i cahnge gear from high revs it pulls to the right! does anyone know what this is about and can help so i know what to ask when i go back to the mechanic

This is a common fault on escorts, it is definetly the wishbones, thre are 2 of these on the front suspension, they are triangular in shape, with 2 rubber bushes and a ball joint,, when the bushes wear away, it causes the symptoms you have stated you are having, so either the garage only changed one wishbone and never road tested the car, or they didn't change any of them , either way, they did a **** job and you should complain.
